Yes, all of our pick up points are from the hotel in which our guests are staying.
However, in some cases, the hotel would not be accessible by our jeep so we would send an alternative pick up point that would be a few minutes away on foot. This is mostly the case with some hotels in Taormina City Center.
Yes, usually the price includes the pick up and drop off from the designated pick up point
Yes, the price includes the service of a fully licensed vulcano expert guide for all our Etna jeep excursions
All of our jeep excursions are conducted with fully licensed professional guides.
Usually meals are not included in our excursions but during our full-day Etna jeep excursion free time is given for lunch at the restaurant or agriturismo, or for a wine tasting at the Etna winery.
The excursion price includes all entrances to attractions mentioned in the description unless where otherwise stipulated.
Our half day excursions are 5 hours long while our full day excursions are about 8 hours long.
Once a booking has been made, a confirmation email is sent to the guests email address.
Yes, if any of our excursions are cancelled, the guests will be refunded in full.
Yes, we are able to accept any changes so long as the request is made 48 hours before the pick up time stipulated. We also offer full refund if the number of guests are reduced or if the guests decide to cancel the excursion 48 hours before departure time.
Yes, we organise private excursions that are tailor made according to the guests wishes. We cater for individuals as well as groups. Private tours will have their own private guide and transport and we are totally flexible as regards to the pick up time, itinery and duration of tour.
Yes, our Etna jeep excursions are available for guests arriving on a cruise liner for the day.
The excursion will depend on the arrival time of the ship and the duration of the vessel in Sicily.
The pick up and drop off will be made from the cruise liner terminal.
Yes, we can organise excursions for groups that are tailor made on request. Groups should be of 10 guests or more would be in a position to benefit from better prices and will be handled exclusively on request.
Yes, our tours offer children’s prices for children under the age of 12 years.
No.The excursion takes place around a maximum altitude of 2,000 meters.
Our full-day Etna jeep tour is focused on the natural and volcanological aspects of Etna, flora and fauna of the volcano. During our Etna jeep tour you’ll walk around some interesting extinct craters and you’ll be able to admire the summit craters from numerous scenic points.
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes and trekking shoes or sneakers for all our excursions, and to wear sunglasses and sun hat in the summer months. We suggest you bring also a rain-jacket and a wind-stopper. In case you do not have the required equipment please let us know when you book your excursion and we will try to lend it to you.
